Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fees and refund terms can differ by service, coaching batch, work already performed and third-party charges. The written quotation, receipt or service agreement issued for the specific service will take priority.
Government fees, examination fees, courier fees, translation costs and other third-party amounts are generally outside Khera Immigration’s control and may be non-refundable once paid to the third party.
If you want to cancel a paid service, contact the office as early as possible. Any refund, if applicable, will be assessed after considering work already completed and non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable consumer law.
